Jim DeMint is another one. Both are freedom fighters-and will stand against many of the things the far more statist oriented Romney and Ryan will be attempting to do, if they can get elected. DeMint and Paul (and a few others in the Senate) will help save what freedoms we have left and will be attempting to return some of those we've lost.

The Obamaites and the media (really one in the same) are celebrating the government's skewered employment numbers from last week. They're also hiding an awful lot of negative news. E.g., note below the "U-6 discouraged workers unemployment rate" is back up to 15%. That's the worst it's been since the 1930s.
Intro
This article shows that if Romney provides more of his tax returns than the law requires (two-years), it could easily cost him the election, because Obama's alter-ego David Axelrod will lie about them and then slander him through his media contacts, thus taking the voters' minds off of Obama's policies. Axelrod believes the way to get Obama re-elected is to keep people's minds on personality and off of policy. Notice Obama never mentions his specific policies. He brags about accomplishments that he's never made, but he never mentions how his policies made the accomplishments he claims. This is the only way the most horrible president the US has had in the last 150-years can get re-elected.
(Neo-cons like Bill Krystol and Charles Krauthammer want Romney to release all his tax returns. They both also favor stronger gun control and open borders. They want the Congress to go along with the Dumborats' and raise taxes. They would have Romney pledge to plunge the nation back into Iraq [over 13,000 troops are still there], stay in Afghan forever, and would immediately bomb Iran. They both also have chosen Marco Rubio as Romney's VP and have practically every other parrot in politics calling for the same. Krystol was the one who recommended Sarah Palin as John McCrazy's VP.)
Think about it: What difference could it possibly make regarding how someone will run the nation's government if he has a Swiss bank account? Or whether his dog rode inside or on top of the car on a trip? Or whether his wife likes horses or not?
It does make a difference if one is rich, though. I want my candidate to be rich, so that he can have his mind totally on the business at hand-and not on filling his pockets while in office as LBJ did, or buying future favors with taxpayer money and cashing in on them after leaving office as Bill Clinton did.
Axelrod's shenanigans, however, take the minds of simpletons off what matters in elections: policy and integrity. Indeed, at this point only simpletons have not made up their minds that voters must throw the Creature out of office to save what is left of the American people's freedoms. Simpletons obviously believe that personality reigns over policy and Axelrod knows this and plays to it everyday.
Beware of Obama's constant attempts to misdirect the voters' minds from his freedom-stealing policies and placing them on personalities, because that's the only way he can beat Mitt Romney and get re-elected, because his policies have failed and will continue to do so.

Mr. Root is entirely correct. He has analyzed the Obama Administration's agenda quite perfectly. Obama is not the first to attempt to implement the Cloward-Piven strategy to socialize America.
Their work having come out in 1966, LBJ was thoroughly familiar with it-and, along with Michael Harrington's (who worked on JFK first), endorsed their concepts. Thus the US raced into the speed-lane of social engineering, wealth redistribution, and big government control: which is a form of fascism combined with its sister, socialism.
The Cloward-Piven plan is gradually to add social program after social program to the Federal Government (which would force borrowing by deficit spending). After a few decades, finally the monumental debt overload (such as we have today) and the demand for more and more for those receiving what dribbles down through the government-what it has confiscated from those who're paying it-would force upon an unwilling American people a socialized society.
You notice that-though the Democrats might feign that they detest deficit spending-they always call for more. Almost every day in the NY Times, Paul Krugman claims that the reason the economy has not recovered from the "Bush Recession" is that the government has not spent enough money to stimulate it.
Add this strategy to Alinsky's ideas, and freedom is hanging onto the edge of the cliff by its pinkies-four more years of the Creature and you can wave goodbye to that concept as it cascades into the abyss of statism.
Hope and Change is here-in the satanic framework of Saul Alinsky and Richard Cloward and Francis Piven. (The first two are dead-Piven is still going strong encouraging the Tattooed Know-It-All Unable-to-Reason Cynical Bong Baby Generation to continue protesting in the streets against freedom and for more statism.)

Intro to Thomas Sowell's Article
In the late 1980s political author and Insider, admitted Marxist, one-world government promoter, trustee and founder of the Trilateral Commission, and Council on Foreign Relations member Zbigniew Brzezinski stated in his powerful book, "The Grand Failure," that, "In fact Communism, Fascism, and Nazism are genetically related, historically linked, and politically quite similar."
Though Benito Mussolini did not invent Fascism, he did explain it to the world: "Fascism should more properly be called corporatism, because it is the merger of state and corporate power."
Bill Clinton was the first president to state openly a fascist policy: "Government and business must create a partnership, one that will benefit all."
That Barack Obama is a Fascist/Socialist/Marxist is a cinch. What makes him moreso than his predecessors is the fact that he has thrust state power to a much greater degree than they did and, if reelected we cannot imagine the cramping horrors he'll place on our freedoms.
We had for many years an open example of the fascist/socialist model with the Old ATT before the Reagan Justice Department managed to split it apart back in 1983. No one could compete with ATT and for eighty years innovation was non-existent. No choice! No freedom!
Thirty years after ATT split into the Seven Baby Bells look at the choices you have with your phones-choice is freedom-and look at the innovation brought about mainly by that split.
Both fascism and socialism stagnate innovation and freedom. Or, more plainly, government prevents innovation and restricts freedom-on top of that, government picks favorites by rewarding political friends and punishing its opponents. Look at Obama's failed Green Agenda-billions tossed to cronies of the Dumborat Party with zero regard for the financial or business results. All those monies-belonging to the American citizens-have been no more than payoffs and bribes to Obama's leftist backers.
Of the labyrinth of laws and bills passed by that Beast in Washington since George "Papa" Bush took office in 1988, not one of them has aided freedom or innovation that I know of-except for two: the Freedom of Supplementation Act and the IRS Reform Bill, both passed in the late 1990s. The rest of the lot have pinned down innovation, added to the burden of living life, and stolen numerous freedoms previously taken for granted.
Neither Thomas Sowell nor anyone else can fully explain the future devastation to our freedoms if Barack Obama continues pushing us down the path we are now headed.
No matter what the Left tries to tell us, government does not give anything away, because it has nothing to give away. It must steal from someone else-American citizens-to give out "free" healthcare, unemployment benefits, and all other transfer payments.
That is what Fascism/Socialism/Marxism is about, and Obama can factually be called any one of the three-or all.
